Manincor wines are naturally pure. The 400 year-old wine estate, carefully and prudently extended by the wine cellar built beneath the vines and hardly noticeable from above, epitomises today the tradition and aspirations of a superior wine culture.
The land and properties administered by Count Michael Goëss-Enzenberg include vineyards, extensive fruit orchards and several splendid manor houses.
The Enzenberg family’s connection with wine-growing can be traced back to 1698. In spite of its size (with 50 hectares of vineyard, Manincor is the largest wine estate in South Tyrol which vinifies its entire grape production) it has remained a family operation with charm and personality.
All the Manincor wines are Certified Organic and Biodynamic.
