2015 Pinot Noir (On Premise only)

Description:All our Pinots are fermented in small open fermenters which get plunged by hand to gently extract the colour and flavour from the skins. Once pressed out, the wine was matured in French oak for 12 months; older barriques being selected as the WA Pinot is a fruit driven style.

Aroma:Aroma: Fresh cherry fruit aromas with some light plum and redcurrant fruit characters. Has attractive ‘dusty cocoa’ notes.
Palate: The fresh cherry fruit characters follow on the palate with some delicious raspberry fruit flavours. This is a lighter, fresher style of Pinot with a gentle tannin structure to balance. It is dry and fruity with some good acidity; all contributing to its good persistence of flavour.
